YES: Latest Hollywood “agenda” movie FLOPS bigly

Hollywood has always leaned Left, and it’s never been hard to pick up on subtle liberalism in their films. That was until a new hero hit the screen: Miss Sloane.

What are her superpowers? Flying? Super human strength? Invisibility? None of the above. Her ability is fighting the gun lobby and pushing gun control, which is sure to be a hit with the youth. Right.

As The Blaze reported, they found the prefect actress for the role too, as Jessica Chastain, the film’s lead, on record as a huge Clinton supporter, and most likely a gun control advocate. Hollywood is basically the left’s favorite form of pay-to-play: Hollywood stars admire politicians, politicians promise to work toward their pet issues, Hollywood makes a film about said pet project to help the relationship along. It’s all about money and influence and a very, very big stage.

The reaction to the film from most people has been nothing put mockery.

Here’s one scene from the movie, where Miss Sloane says “anyone that desperate to get their hands on a gun shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near one.” An interesting choice of words to market a film to a nation with more guns than people.

Thus far, the movie has only earned pennies on the dollar relative to its budget.

That’s one heck of a return on investment. It looks like liberals are just as good at the political movie business as they are at arguing gun control.
