Following Donald Trump’s victory, the latest bogus narrative of the Left emerged: that the nation is witnessing a wave of hate crimes as racist Trump supporters feel “validated” and go out rampaging the nation.
It’s a bit of a bizarre claim since it’s only the anti-Trump protesters we ever see blocking highways, smashing storefront windows, and setting cop cars ablaze. But apparently we’re supposed to believe Trump supporters apparently were under the delusion they’d been transported into the movie “The Purge” following his victory.
Also bizarre was the fact that the only place we seemed to be able to find examples of such alleged pro-Trump hate crimes was through alleged victims who reported their experiences on Twitter: not to the police. You’d think those who suffered a hate crime would at least want to tell the police about it, no? There’s countless hours of footage of Trump supporters being assaulted, but there don’t seem to be any videos of the opposite happening. Many of those who’ve reported the hate crimes they supposedly suffered in The Donald’s name have found themselves exposed as the perpetrator of the fictitious crimes.
Meanwhile, perhaps the most disgusting assault on a Trump supporter happened yesterday - and it was live-streamed. As CBS Chicago reported: Four people are in custody after a live-streamed video of a duct-taped man appearing to be tortured. Police say the man victimized in the broadcast is a special-needs person who had been reported missing from a suburb.
In the video, believed to be from Tuesday, the victim’s clothes were cut, he was peppered with cigarette ashes, and then his hair cut with a knife until his scalp bled. Several people can be seen laughing and eating during the attack, in addition to making disparaging remarks about President-elect Donald Trump. Chants of “F*** Donald Trump!” and “F*** white people!” can be heard in the video. Watch below ( viewer discretion is advised):

“It’s sickening,” Chicago Police Supt. Eddie Johnson told reporters Wednesday evening at a news conference. “It’s makes you wonder what would make individuals treat somebody like that. I’ve been a cop for 28 years, and I’ve seen things that you shouldn’t see in a lifetime, but it still amazes me how you still see things that you just shouldn’t.
As sickening as the Chicago PD claims to find it, they’re treating the attack as “battery” rather than what it is, a hate crime.

The incident took place Tuesday in an apartment on the 3400 block of West Lexington on Chicago’s West Side, police said. Officers found the victim wandering the neighborhood in an obvious state of trauma, and it was later that authorities drew the connection with the disturbing Facebook video.
“You hear the narrative that police are backing down and not doing their jobs. This is a perfect example of them doing their jobs,” Johnson said. Four people — two adult males and two adult females — are now in custody, and criminal charges are expected.
More disturbingly, the victim was an acquaintance with one of the suspects, meaning they knew the person they were kidnapping and torturing was special needs.
The torture was live-streamed by Brittany Herring, whose Facebook account is still active.
It wasn’t long ago that The Blaze host Tomi Lahren came under fire for a Tweet of hers where she compared the Black Lives Matter move to the KKK. If they keep this up, we may reach a point where that statement is offensive to the KKK.
