If you followed any of the various Star Trek incarnations, you no doubt have been introduced to an alien race called the Borg. These creatures have been turned into cybernetic organisms which function as drones of the Collective hive mind. The Borg force other species into their collective via a process called “assimilation” which entails violence, abductions, and injections of microscopic machines called nanoprobes.
The Borg’s ultimate goal is “achieving perfection” – at least as far as they define it.
Actually, I think the Borg exist on earth in the guise of today’s liberal progressive socialists, i.e. the Democrat Party. As a matter of fact, we really should change the Democrat Party symbol from the donkey to the Borg. It’s far more meaningful. Or maybe not, after all donkeys and liberals make the same incessant noise.
After all it was Chief Borg, Barack Obama, who said five days before the 2008 presidential election that he was about to fundamentally change the United States. In other words, he was about to implement and achieve his vision of perfection.Like Borg nanoprobes, liberal progressives imbed in pliant brains the same message over and over again: war on women, one percent vs 99 percent, tax the rich, protect the middle class — you get the idea. Progressives also demand complete surrender to their way of thinking, their ideology and force assimilation into the “Collective.”
In the liberal progressive Collective, there is no recognition of the individual, only one consciousness. Philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau called it the “general will” and it entails your subjugation.
It is an intellectually violent struggle, and we have all seen the visceral responses and vitriolic actions of liberal progressives when one challenges their desire to assimilate. The horrific name-calling and personal attacks are of course based upon tactics of those proto-Borgs, Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky.This week actor Robert Redford repeated the insidious progressive drone attack message that I most resent. If you disagree with Chief Borg, Barack Obama, and refuse to assimilate, then you are motivated by racism. This is the desperate last- ditch effort to which progressive socialist Borgs always default in order to intimidate you into assimilation and surrender of your individual freewill, the very essence of what it means to be an American.
Resist the liberal progressive socialist Borg that has invaded our star system, our Constitutional Republic. Consider how these aliens have infiltrated our education system and are abducting and implanting their microscopic nanoprobe machines into the minds of our children and grandchildren.
And don’t think for a second this phenomenon can’t happen to members of the Republican Party, especially the GOP establishment. After all, the Borg did try to assimilate Captain Jean Luc Picard.Refuse the Borg, resist the Collective, and remain Steadfast and Loyal!
