Some fresh news just came out involving Perquita Burgess, the woman who accused former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly of sexual harassment — and boy, does it not look good for her.

The woman was arrested back in 2015 for giving a false report of a crime, which tosses some pretty heavy doubts on the credibility of her claims against O’Reilly, lending further evidence to the suggestion that maybe the host was targeted by liberals for his political views.

According to Newsmax,

A Detroit Police report dated Feb. 11, 2015, documents Burgess’s arrest on charges of making a false report and obstructing a court order.

According to the police document, Burgess called authorities and alleged her boyfriend had struck her in the face with a gun. Police said when they arrived at the scene Burgess “appeared intoxicated.”

The arresting officer stated: “I asked Ms. Burgess where the gun was that she was struck with in the face, she replied there is no gun. I again asked her where the gun was, and if she had been assaulted. Ms. Burgess stated there was no gun, and he didn’t assault me!”

The boyfriend told police she had threatened him, saying she would call “the cops saying you hit me with a gun!”

According to the police document, Burgess was arrested for filing a false felony report and for violating a personal protection order.

So despite the fact she was arrested for making up and falsifying reports, we’re just supposed to take her word about the allegations against O’Reilly? Really?

This woman may have just destroyed a man’s entire career by telling a lie, which if true, means she was just a pawn in a broader attempt by liberals to shut down those who have mega platforms at their disposal to present conservative ideas to the masses.

Again, that’s if she actually did tell a lie.

Burgess, who worked at Fox News for several weeks — yes, just weeks — back in 2008, claims O’Reilly called her “hot chocolate,” and made sexual advances toward her.

Almost immediately after a New York Times report broke featuring several women making allegations of sexual harassment against O’Reilly, Burgess rang up a Fox hotline and detailed her “experience” with the man.

Definitely seems fishy. O’Reilly had been hinting that the truth about the accusations would come out, and here’s a very serious exhibit.

Hopefully some sort of investigation will be done into these matters so we can all know what the real story here was and whether or not O’Reilly was shut down because his opinions “offended” the snowflake crowd.
